Baby shower craft ideas?

My cousin Amy is having her baby shower and I don’t know what to get her. I like to make unique gifts instead of just going to buying something. Does anyone have any cute baby craft ideas? She isn’t going to find out the sex of the baby so it will have to be a uni-sex gift.

I make super cute baby gift baskets. I sew some great fabric on the bottom of some nice burp rags/cloth diapers, so they look really cute when they use them. Then I sew soft cubes of matching fabric for babies to grab, chew and toss. I then make patchwork onesies, again using the matching fabric. Just make appliques of the fabric, iron onto a onesie and sew around the edges. Tuck everything into a basket with some other baby items and some tissue paper and Voila!
